“The Future of Education: AI and Pedagogical Innovations”

On 18th February 2025 Tuesday, NIILM University Kaithal organized a 1-day workshop on THE FUTURE OF EDUCATION: AI AND PEDAGOGICAL INNOVATIONS in which chief guest Mrs. Saroj Kumari Dahiya (DEEO Kaithal) spared her time and graced the workshop. She has given the message to the students in her speech that you have to give priority to discipline in your life. The workshop started with the lamp lighting & the resource person Mr. Manoj Lakra (District Coordinator: Haryana Education Dept.) highlighted the importance of artificial intelligence in today’s era. Mrs. Sonam Yadav (ABRC, Haryana Education Dept) has also shared her views about confidence building in themselves. Honourable Vice Chancellor Dr. Shamim Ahmed has given mementos to the guests. Finally, the vote of thanks was done by Dr. Renu Bala.

Centre for Professional Development (CPD) NIILM University Kaithal Haryana successfully organized a one-day workshop on “The Art of Writing Synopsis” on January 11, 2025. The event aimed to equip budding researchers with scientific research methodologies and practical training to enhance their research interests.
The workshop was led by Dr Kamalpreet Kaur, Associate Professor at the School of Commerce & Management, NIILM University. With her extensive experience, Dr Kaur provided participants with valuable insights into effective synopsis writing, ensuring they are well-prepared for their research endeavours.
Around 80 participants across various academic disciplines attended the session, focusing on improving research quality and fostering a deeper understanding of synopsis development.

The event commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by distinguished guests followed by keynote session. Inaugurating the program, Prof. (Dr.) Shamim Ahmed, the Vice Chancellor of NIILM University, congratulated the organizers and emphasized the pivotal role of comprehensive assessment and evaluation in the course curriculum.
Addressing the audience, the Keynote speaker Dr. Raj Sangwan (Director Principal, Arya Group of Colleges, Charkhi Dadri) offered in-depth insights into the importance of competency-based assessment.

The theme for the seminar was “From Clicks to Progress: Youth Digital Pathways for Sustainable Development”
The event commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by distinguished guests followed by keynote session and plenary session. The Chief Guest, Dr. Ramesh Sirohi, Deputy Director, Institute of Law, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra graced the occasion, along with eminent guests including Dr. Vibha Aggarwal, former Professor, Department of Sanskrit, Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra and Dr. Shipra Gupta (Professor, Dept. of Law, MMU Mullana), Inaugurating the seminar, Prof. (Dr.) Shamim Ahmed, the Vice Chancellor of NIILM University, congratulated the organizers and emphasized the pivotal role of youth in shaping future policies with a focus on their empowerment.
